Community Healing
Community style acupuncture assists in the connection of our internal energy to the collective healing experience. It provides a space of unity with others and our shared environment, while still focusing on our own individual process of healing.
The community healing space is a great introduction to acupuncture. Some people find the shared experience less isolating and more comfortable than individual acupuncture treatments.
WHAT TO EXPECT FOR COMPANY VISITS AND COMMUNITY HAPPY HOUR:

FRIDAY COMMUNITY HAPPY HOUR PRICING= $25-55 SS/CLIENT
5-7PM AT THE LOTUS CENTER
Prior to the treatment:
You will be asked to provide payment via Venmo or card payment and to fill out paperwork regarding your health history as well as a consent to treatment form. Treatment times will be offered over a 2–4-hour period in 25-minute staggered time slots.
For company visits, a sign-up sheet will be provided to take as limited time away from work as possible.
For community happy hour, please call for available times or drop in (address below!) Please expect each treatment to last at least 45-60 minutes.
During the treatment:
Depending on the space provided, there will be 6 antigravity chairs placed in a circle. I will take a 5-minute verbal intake, followed by a pulse and tongue read (feel your radial pulse and take a quick look at your tongue) in order to make a diagnosis prior to the treatment. The treatment consists of my placing tiny acupuncture needles into distal points on the body (head, ears, hands/arms and feet/lower legs). Needles will stay in place for 25-45 minutes with time-limit accommodations upon request. Afterwards, I will remove the needles indicating the end of the treatment.
